How to Get Started
Here are the steps you should take to ensure that we can more effectively plan for the arrival of your equipment and quickly respond to your needs:
Request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number
The RMA number serves as the tracking number for your job. If you have questions at any time during the evaluation and repair process, providing your RMA number simplifies finding your job's information.
Ship Your Equipment for Repair Evaluation
Once you have the RMA number, you can ship your equipment to us for evaluation. If you are working with us for the first time, please provide your company's billing and shipping addresses on your packing list or any accompanying paperwork, and include the contact information for the person to whom we should send the quote. The customer is responsible for shipping both to and from TH-Electronics. You select the carrier and method you prefer. UPS, Federal Express, and DHL are the carriers we suggest.
